So, you’re interested in learning what MediaBytes is all about? Well, I’m excited to tell you! At its most basic, it’s a site that’s designed to help creative people and small businesses get the word out about their businesses or services — simple. Think of MediaBytes as a marketing consultant in a can.

There will be regular blog posts produced in a variety of media; screencasts, video, audio, text only, photos, etc, what ever is most appropriate for that particular post. These will of course be freely available, and will keep you inspired and up to date on the latest tools, techniques, and happenings in the world of new media marketing.

Purchasable In-Depth Courses

For those who want to go deeper on a particular topic, there will be courses available that go into detail using easy-to-understand multimedia classes designed to get you up and running quickly. MediaBytes isn’t about creating trainings to help you become familiar with any particular tool or service.

Rather, we will be approaching things from a goal-centric standpoint. In other words, instead of learning how to use a piece of software, you’ll learn how to use a series of tools to accomplish a specific goal… say deploying an email marketing campaign, or customizing a Facebook page.

We’re kicking things off by making the remastered Shut Up and Shoot audio series available free of charge! We will be presenting regular hour-long webinars on various topics.
